The Longevity Program offers a comprehensive approach to your fitness and well-being through two personalised 45-minute training sessions. Each session meets your individual needs and goals, focusing on enhancing your strength, flexibility, and overall health.

 

The Discipline Fitness Coach will guide you through effective exercises to promote longevity and vitality.

The Muscle Maximizer Program is designed to achieve your fitness goals through a structured approach to strength training. This program includes two 60-minute personal training sessions tailored to your goals, ensuring you receive personalised guidance and support. With a focus on effective techniques and proper form, you'll maximize your muscle gains while building confidence in the gym.
