The Discipline Fitness Coach re-branded himself in 2016, changing his business name from BFunctional Fitness which started in 2015. The Discipline Fitness Coaches goals, though have not changed; he aims to be highly disciplined and motivating you to achieve real results. The Discipline Fitness Coach will help make your experience in Fitness First Mosman Platinum and outdoor training locations in the Lower North Shore a positive one with through one on one, small group, online, outdoor and Freestyle Group Training.
